Model Rosie Huntington-Whitele, 28, and actor Jason Statham, 48, are engaged.

Rosie wore her engagement ring to the Golden Globes Sunday night while on the arm of her iancé as they walked the red carpet.

Rosie, 28, ring was designed by Neil Lane. The ring is 5-carats set in platinum, and cost $350,000. She wore a golden beaded fringe Atelier Versace gown.
